Flat was easy to find off the main road and is centrally located. Rooms had a modern vibe and were very clean, and the kitchen was also clean with a good supply of teas and coffees. Scott himself was also very kind and helped me over the phone with a minor initial issue I had with check in. I would definitely stay in another one of his properties the next time I’m in Scotland!

Great location just outside St Andrews. Lovely little flat, clean with necessary amenities. Parking restricted but easy to park at station and local free car park if you are able to walk 5 mins. Lidl 5 mins walk away. Local high street all you need. Host very responsive. (Assuming glass panel in door is a requirement otherwise I'd put a curtain or frosted panel on as alittle intrusive as unusual). Oh and a reminder for extractor fan near light switch would be good as switch higher up...didn't always remember until too late lol..(Shower cubicle small but sufficent). Great little place no hassle.

Scott's place is in the heart of Cupar close to shops, takeaways, restaurants and train station. On street parking is convenient but only for 30 mins between 8:30 and 5:30. Only £1 at the train station though, less than 5 mins walk away. The flat is well presented and the separate bed settee and bedroom worked well for us. Mattress is a bit thin on the bed settee would be my only complaint. And the only downside of the great location is the noise from the nearby street which is quite busy. Scott's communication was excellent throughout. Thx

Great place and just what i needed.

A lovely stay which was perfect for what we needed. Great little bar across the road, and bus stop right around the corner which was 20 mins to St Andrews. Will absolutely be returning!

Scott’s flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and welcoming. Scott responded very quickly to our questions and allowed us to extend our stay. We will definitely book this flat again if we are ever in Cupar again.
