Cigarette butts all over back yard and in the drain they knew we had a child with us and he came in with one in his mouth before we knew they were there! rubbish left in yard for foxes/rats to get into. The property was not the one we booked Only discovered we had been moved when we got our check in details this was not communicated to us. They were easy to get hold of and advised us that there was a boiler issue in our booked property but this was the same standard and price which was not accurate. They apologised for the rubbish and refunded us the 40 pound difference between the properties although it hasn’t hit my account yet.

The guys are great. Help was always provided when it was needed. I would stay again, thanks guys!

Listing states parking on premises. This was not true. It’s on street parking, and every time we got back at night there was ZERO parking nearby. Nightmare. Also there was a strong “gas” smell at the property
