Great place was all we needed the host is great always in contact making sure all is well

This rental had a good amount of space for up to 6 staying, including room to eat and lounge. There were some minor issues with instructions re use of appliances but nothing major. Things were generally well cleaned, again except for a couple of minor things around the apartment. Other than these issues, everything else was good and what we needed. There is good access to surrounding areas and it was a nice place to come back to sleep (with comfy beds) and head out again the next day. We also found it easy to locate on street parking on the side streets nearby.

We were 2 adults and 3 children and stayed 2 nights. Although the apartment was as described and the beds were comfortable we found it wasn't ideal for us. It states there is free street parking (which is correct) but there is in fact no parking outside the property so we had to park a street away and do 2 rounds to get all bags and 3 kids (6 and under) inside. It was also difficult to climb a flight of stairs with all our bags and in general just a hassle. The property could do with a deep clean, the carpets need a wash as do the chairs and sofa. The kitchen could do with basics like a knife, kitchen towel, salt and shampoo in the bathroom would habe been great. The bedrooms have been nicely decorated but work needs to be done on the bathroom as the paint is chipping and theres mould around the bath. Overall we had a nice stay, we cooked dinner in the kitchen and liked how we could all fit at the dinning table to enjoy our meals. I would stay at a Sigma property again.

Lovely place to stay everything was clean and worked properly, beds were super comfortable. The information given about the apartment was useful and spot on.

Nice place to stay for visiting Chester, as was considerably cheaper than staying in Chester itself! The area itself wasn’t overly nice (very urban, opposite a betting shop, aspects of homelessness apparent), but the property was cleaned to a high standard and was fairly minimalist, which was great for us with kids, as meant there wasn’t lots of items around for us to worry about them accidentally breaking! We used it as base to visit local Cheshire attractions and it was perfectly adequate for the purpose and a great price for this.
