Perfect place to stay and very close to Swansea Centre. Large bedrooms with decent beds and a great shower: will be booking again

Location to Gower and Mumbles great, unsure about the neighbourhood. The house was spacious and upstairs felt more comfortable and fresh. Not sure if the house had been shut up for a while as needed an air and had flies down stairs in the rooms, curtains didn’t all close. It was ok for somewhere to sleep for two nights, a few small improvements would make a big difference. Eg, new rugs down stairs, new curtains, garden walls painted and new flooring with seating.

The property looks like the pictures and is very close to the city centre. This home has incredible potential. However, we where unable to stay here due to the conditions of the property on check in. The garden was covered in rubbish, the kitchen was dirty, some kitchen appliances did not work, the floors were very dirty and one of the rooms was infested with flies. I could not stay here with my family for my holiday trip. The host responded to my messages, was apologetic and said they would try and sort out the property for us. However, I felt very uncomfortable having a young child here and did not want to wait. So decided to leave.
