Thank you for providing a place to stay whilst at work in Sunderland :)

I truly appreciated the effort put into creating a cozy atmosphere with the lovely decorations and amenities provided. However, I must express some disappointment regarding the internet service, which unfortunately wasn't functioning during my stay, and the inconvenience of it being switched off on the last night. Additionally, while the cleanliness of the place was commendable, the basin's small size made it challenging to properly wash one's face. Perhaps considering the inclusion of a vacuum cleaner for guests' convenience could enhance the overall experience. Despite these issues, I would still consider staying again, as the overall experience was quite pleasant.
