A clean, warm and tidy place, we enjoyed our night in Bishops Cleeve Would also highly recommend the Italian restaurant, and walking the Cleeve Hill circuit.

This house was the right location for us to get to the Cotswold’s Way easily for a couple of days but certainly has some neighborhood and road noise if the windows are open. It is a good size for what we needed but a bit dated so the floors were very squeeky (hard to walk around without waking everyone up). The kitchen is stocked with basics, though we found the pans hard to get clean because of the material they are made from. Also, recommend bringing your own kitchen sponge (one was not provided) to clean some of the bigger pans. When we arrived we felt like we needed to clean the dishes before we could use them. The company who runs it has a standalone website they use for checkin and out; not hard to use - just be aware. They did respond to concerns but much slower than has been our experience with private owners. The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived which we flagged to the company so hopefully will be repaired soon. The sitting room was comfortable

The house was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the village. Hot water with good pressure in the shower. WiFi handled four of us streaming etc. There was coffee, tea, and sugar in the house and all of the appliances and ammenities needed. Nice and comfortable stay, thank you :)
