Ideal place to stay for those needing somewhere to stay in Sunderland. Bus route is about two minute walk away which takes you into the city center. Hosts all replied quickly and were polite and friendly. Loads of free on street parking. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short stay or long stay. Really good place

A quite street located within a easy drive to the main town and to large roads in and out of the area. the house is a normal mid terraced house. with exactly the amounts of rooms (4) we needed. The house was clean and tidy. nice wee kitchen. A small living room/diner. Adequate for use. Two bathrooms with showers, one with a bath. A minor quibble is they are both downstairs. which was not great for elderly members of our group. The house comes with everything you need for a base of operation. somewhere to eat, sleep and relax if needed. We had a couple of minor issues, which were all sorted out to my satisfaction very quickly. lovely responsive owner. Although not the best airbnb i have stayed in, its certainly not the worse. Cheap and cheerful springs to mine. I would definitely use again if I needed accommodation for 6 or more people in this area.

Laura’s air b and b was clean and functional for our family stay to a local wedding. Easy parking and Laura was very responsive. Would Happily stay again if in the area.

Laura was a fantastic host, I felt confident that I'd be able to get in touch if I experienced any issues, and check in instructions were clear. The house was easy to find, spotless on arrival and very nicely decorated. Overall, a great host, lovely property and for a great price! Thanks again!
