Excellent Contractor Accommodation

We liked the flat, it was spacious and neat. Hendre was also quick to respond to our queries.

Absolutely awful stay. The property had bed bugs, black mould, no hot water, and was generally filthy. We discovered issues as soon as we arrived, and more kept appearing throughout the stay. Despite contacting both the host and Airbnb repeatedly, no one helped us, and our messages were mostly ignored. We were offered no solutions, no support, and no refund, even though the place was completely uninhabitable and unsafe—especially with a baby. Airbnb and the host have been unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to take responsibility. We have been told we are liars. We had to leave early and go and find other accommodation at our own cost! Our baby now has to go to the doctors for breathing issues and we have to treat our family for bed bugs. We were promised a refund and then told we’re lying. Avoid at all costs.

Hendre was quite responsive and answered questions prior to arrival quickly enough, while there was some confusion about where to find the bedding for the sofabed that wasn't answered until the day after check in it's not his fault (but I'd recommend adding it to the check in instructions) the flat is as described and matched the pictures and it was warm. the elevator helped as someone with me had reduced mobility. I should note the area did have a vibe of not safe in the evenings but not within the building just outside however it's relatively fine during the day. after leaving I did seem to have bedbug sores which I did have to get treated and that was disappointing as the stay was otherwise fine. but I am told by Airbnb that the flat has since been fumigated (take that as you will)

Great place to stay , value for the money . Would stay again.
