Perfect stay, Esther was super responsive, and the place was just what we needed. Clean, tidy and well presented. Great location for what we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

I cannot thank Esther enough for how kind and attentive she was during our stay. We felt right at home in her beautiful home and knew that if we required anything she was always a message away. She checked in with us regularly making sure we were ok and she was so kind and friendly. I would 100% recommend Esther and Esther's property to anyone wanting to stay in the Birmingham/Walsall area :)

The property felt tired and in need of investment and maintenance. There were several signs of wear and tear, including fraying and thin carpets, marked and scruffy walls, terrible paint jobs, chipped enamel in the bath, and cheap furnishings and decor. Overall, it didn’t have the cosy or homely feel we were hoping for, and unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend it based on the condition of the property. This is a shame because Esther was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and throughout the stay, which we appreciated. I hope our feedback will be taken on board, as paying guests deserve to stay in a place that is comfortable, well-maintained and cared for.

Booked this stay for a business trip, it was the perfect home from home stay. i honestly couldn’t think of anything negative to say about my stay here it was exactly as described and pictured and great communication from the host. I’ll definitely book to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
