An ideal location for three of us to stay over for our events at Kingsbury Water Park & right opposite a great pub we've used before prior to the change to Indian food, very good now with a very broad menu.

Nice spot, with lovely large airy rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Nice pub nearby. Only downside is that the loud noise the hot water tank makes when the water is being used

The property was fine, we were there for 3 nights. All good but spoilt by construction for a patio initiated during our last 2 days
