Great place, central st.Leonards, very clean, had everything you needed and nice little touches. Our only issue was only having one set of keys between us, causing issues when we left or came back to flat at different times. Unable to leave keys in lock box outside for the other one to gain access as need keys to lock doors behind you. Could only leave keys in lock box if didn't lock doors which wasn't an option as one of main house rules was to keep main door locked once entered building. Did message and ask if possible to get 2nd set explaining the issue and got a response quickly but couldn't justify the cost that was asked for providing a 2nd set. Understand that this is the norm and usually only given 1 set of keys just caused us a few issues during our stay As long as you both leave and come back at same time not a problem Other than that ..no problems..Great little place, has everything you want, enjoyed our stay . Host's easily contactable,and responsive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three-month stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. For minor problems or questions, I was always answered quickly and kindly.

As another person said this place has a lot of potential. It is clean, big and bright and has most of the stuff you need for few days. The bed is comfortable. On the negatives there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom and the pots and pans are quite cheap as even the omelet got stuck in the pan. The main problem I had was the heating which did not work from day 1. I wrote to the agency both on Airbnb platform and whats up and although they were responsive they heating was not fixed for the duration of my stay. I asked for a plug in heater but they claimed they did not have any. I was not sure if most of the time it was a BOT responding to me or a human but when I tried to call the line went dead few times. I was able to get a refund from Airbnb (who were great) but I was still annoyed me as I spent a lot of time arguing and asking them to send someone. I think if there is a real Sean who is the host you should take it out of this agency and manage it yourself.

A quiet, clean, well-positioned property close to St Leonards Warrior Square station within easy reach of loads of cafes and the beach. Great amenities in the flat and also a simple and pleasant garden. Recommended!

The apartment has so much potential. However, if things go wrong you're on your own. The management company is not local. We had a severe leak in the kitchen on three of our five nights. After the first leak, they didn’t send anyone over to look into and resolve the issue, and didn’t provide us with any additional towels or kitchen roll to help clean up. We had to use our bath towels and wash them. It wasn’t resolved until the final night of our trip, after a third major leak resulting in water pouring in to the kitchen while we were cooking, and at this point they also sent over some new towels. The wifi wasn’t working so they kept asking us to restart the router but it wasn't in the hallway as they said. Eventually we found the router in its box in the cupboard - it had never been set up. They apologised but didn’t offer any kind of refund, reimbursement for the food items that were ruined by the leak, or even a late checkout. We were eventually compensated by Airbnb directly.
