The accommodation was spotless with everything in it you could need for a stay. Perfectly located for the beach and town centre. Adam was very helpful and the hamper and milk were a lovely touch.

The house is great! Large rooms, great sofas in the lounge, and so good to have a full sized dining room. We loved that we were just a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and shops. But it was also lovely and quiet. Adam was really helpful. Will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved this property! It was a great location, right near beach and high street. The electric reclining sofas were a huge hit for our lazy teens! The welcome pack was so wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

I thought it was actually better than the photos. The decor was not all to my taste but it was such a warm homely place. Plenty of space, and appreciated the enclosed garden for our spaniel. Only a few minutes' walk to the shops, restaurants and sea front. Ideal! Would definitely come back.

Thank you for a lovely few days, the welcome hamper was a great touch and the milk on arrival even more helpful and appreciated. A lovely home in a quiet area, perfectly located for walking into Sheringham and the beach! Would love to return in the future.
