We stayed a week while visiting family in the area. The unit has been updated (new flooring/kitchen/bathroom), but the building and surrounding area isn’t great. There was quite a bit of noise from the downstairs residents one night (no fault of the owner), and there was garbage piled up outside the front door. The unit itself is very sparsely furnished with basic dishes/cutlery. Could benefit from a few more basic items (scissors, dish cloths, a small amount of laundry detergent or coffee/tea/sugar would help).

No proper attempt to repair TV which a previous review had said was broken Insufficient crockery, cutlery and utensils. No mirror in bathroom no lock on bathroom door. In one room one pair of curtains between two windows High step into shower no grab rail very poor bedside lights one with a plug but no cabinet and the other with a cabinet but no plug. Only two chairs on arrival rusty and paint spattered. No information on the flat or the local amenities buses waste disposal etc broken stair lift. Full rubbish bags and bath full of builders waste outside front door. Noisy neighbours in flat below. Very poor response to requests for for kitchen stuff, told to provide a list. I said as they were the hosts they should know the basic equipment utensils etc for a flat with two double rooms. Impossible for a family of four to prepare meals. Unpleasant chemical smell at front door Only five single sockets in kitchen. Very inadequately and poorly presented Not value for money no refund offered

Apartment and the same as the photographs… Only towels and carpets and utensils of kitchens tv does not work The rest was smooth
