Great place for a good stay.

Here’s a shorter, more formal version: A very concerning experience with this host. To check in, guests are directed to the host’s own website and asked to choose between paying a non-refundable £49.99 security fee or a £350 refundable deposit, which is already questionable. After my stay, I contacted the host regarding my £350 deposit after 11 days and was told it had been processed and that I should contact my bank. Once my bank confirmed they had no record of this, I returned to the host, who then claimed there had been damages during my stay and refused to return the deposit. Airbnb also confirmed they could not assist, as the payment was made outside their platform. Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with this host.

I highly recommend Daisy's apartment. You really feel at home; it's a cozy, peaceful environment, and the location is great. It's very easy to get around; it's close to downtown Birmingham. Our stay was amazing, and I hope to come back again 🤗🥰🥰🥰
