I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at Joe's property. The property was clean from the bathroom to the kitchen, easy to access and clean sheets on the bed. No disruptive noise from inside out and most of all it felt like home. I will definitely book again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. It was a nice studio flat with everything we needed for a weekend away. Clean, comfortable place. Friendly host with quick and helpful responses. The flat was nice and cool in hot weather too which a relief!

This is a fairly small studio room with a double bed. we used it as a layover whilst visiting an exhibition at the NEC. it worked perfectly for this purpose. There is a little bit of noise due to overhead planes to the airport but it's not too bad, other than that the location is good.

Such an easy spot and really peaceful. Travelling in my own, I felt safe here and it was so homely and warm when I arrived.
