I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely come back!

Stayed here for two days. It is a lovely place to stay with a nice view. It's close to the city centre, and a Tesco store is right around the corner. The apartment was very clean, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Great spot for a group stay. We were up in Birmingham for Cheltenham Festival and this place ticked all the boxes — plenty of space, really comfortable beds, and the balcony was a standout. Stayed midweek and everything was smooth — the key was easy to find and getting into the flat was straightforward. Clean, well set up, and worked perfectly as a base for the trip. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with transport, supermarkets and many attractions within walking distance. This was the highlight and we would consider returning mainly for this reason. Communication was helpful, especially when guiding us on how to use the heating. At check-in the key was not in the lockbox and we had to wait outside in the cold with a baby, but it was quickly resolved by the cleaning staff. Bedding for the sofa bed and enough toilet paper were only provided the next day. A chair broke during use and could have caused an accident, and the hob markings are worn and difficult to use. The TV frequently restarts when using YouTube and could benefit from a streaming stick. We also experienced allergy-like symptoms indoors that improved when outside, so extra attention to carpets and heating may help future guests.
