Spotlessly clean and easy to find and check in. Pleasantly surprised with how big it was and a very reasonable price. As a largely adult group it was great to have an ensuite and shower in every room plus multiple door keys. The house is in a residential area but we found we were easily able to get to local amenities plus various lovely places in the local area. Kitchen was a bit low on equipment as we were cooking meals every day, although the place felt fairly new so am aware stuff can be added over time. No house instructions were left so we were in a bit of a confusion where to leave full bin bags. We were told to put it outside the front door to be collected where it remained for the rest of the week. Parking is on street and from the listing we were under the impression that permits would be available but these were not forthcoming so parking was tricky at times.

Very friendly, responsive, helpful host . This house was absolutely immaculate, it is either all brand new or very looked after . All the appliances were beautifully clean and work very efficiently. The beds were comfy and everything was well appointed . We stayed as a family of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone and all having our own shower rooms kept as all happy . When we arrived on the 23rd December there was even a decorated Christmas tree which was the nicest surprise! We were sad to leave . It really is an outstanding property and in pristine condition. Absolutely 5 stars ( would give ten if we could)
