Had a great stay at Gemma’s place. The house was spacious and very clean, making it perfect for a group. The location was also ideal, close to town and transport links. Would definitely stay again!

Booked for a work stay and it was a great home for a group. The property was clean, well presented and fully equipped, making it easy to settle in after a long day. Comfy beds and having Netflix and sports channels was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent, clear, responsive and helpful throughout and the location was very convenient.

We had a lovely family stay here. It really felt like a cosy home away from home. The location was excellent, close to Leamington Spa and Warwick Castle, and a short drive to Stratford-upon-Avon, making it perfect for sightseeing. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and great host. We’d happily stay again!
