We had a fantastic stay at Lotus Haus where the property met our expectations and matched the listing completely. The property was well cleaned and had plenty amenities for us to use - it was really thoughtful of them to provide items like washing detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with a clothing rack in each room with hangers provided. The rooms were also very spacious and were bigger than what the picture entailed! Communication with Wellington Homes was superb throughout and they were also on hand to answer any queries promptly. It was a truly wonderful stay and I could not recommend this property and company more! Thank you Wellington Homes! 😊

I recently stayed at Wellington Place and had a mixed experience. **Positive Aspects:** - **Atmosphere:** The place has a nice vibe overall, making it comfortable for guests. - **Host:** The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative, which made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. **Areas for Improvement:** - **Communal Rooms:** The communal areas appeared much larger in the pictures than they actually were, which was a bit disappointing. However, they still managed to accommodate guests reasonably well. - **Cleaning Standards:** Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. I found that the overall hygiene left something to be desired. - **Towels:** The towels provided were damp, so we had to go out and purchase our own. The host was understanding and offered to cover the costs, which was appreciated. In summary, while the ambiance and host were great, the cleaning and towel situation could definitely use improvement.

Was in town with friends for an event and this place fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of space for the four of us staying, good cooking facilities and decently central location. Would definitely return.
