Group of 8 stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. Was perfect for our needs. The twin and king size room share a bathroom - worked for us as we all know one another well, but you can hear people using the bathroom. The 2 twin rooms both have en-suites which were appreciated. We managed to park 3 cars carefully in the parking spaces, but this did mean blocking one another in. Again not a problem for us as we were all leaving/ arriving together. Our 4th car parked further down the road. The twin rooms are quiet and the other 2 bedrooms have some traffic/ street noise, particularly if you have the windows open. Everything is very clean and in good condition. Only negative is that there isn’t enough crockery/ cutlery for 8 people to eat together and only 4 seats to eat at the table. Again, this was not an issue for us as we ate out.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable.

A good location to meet up with family. Ubers are very easy to book. We visited a Turkish restaurants within a short walk called Anatolia, fantastic dinner. Parking is easy, beds very comfy, overall the apartment was smaller than expected, although bedrooms are a good size the living space is smaller. We were accommodated with a slightly later check out which was appreciated. Hosts were extremely quick at responding to messages. If required there is a high output 250kw EV charging point 3 minutes away. It is Ionity charging station and within the grounds there is a Village hotel and Starbucks ,grab a coffee and a full charge in an hour! Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford on Avon are close by and well worth a visit. We had a great weekend.
