Unfortunately, when we arrived, the place was already occupied by a long-term tenant. So, the place was double-booked, and the current tenant said that a week earlier, there had already been people there who wanted to move into the place and had to leave again. So it wasn't a one-off oversight. We had to find another place to stay at 7 pm with 8 hungry and exhausted family members. When we contacted Maev, there was initially no response, and she didn't answer the phone either. However, 10 minutes later, we received an email canceling the accommodation, along with a few suggestions for where we could look for a new place to stay. Thanks for nothing, Maev. No more Kingshome Accommodation.

Don’t book this place, it’s unsafe and unhygienic.

We are so incredibly disappointed. The toilets were so disgusting that you could only use them after you cleaned everything and even then they still looked bad. The knife had already fallen apart before use. The glasses and dishes were so dirty that you had to wash them completely first. In one room, the heating did not go out, the controller could be adjusted, but it heated 24/7 at full speed. Accordingly, there was a sauna while sleeping. In the other room, the window is half outside and it is extremely drafty there. There was no feedback from the host or only "the radiators can all be adjusted individually and completely adjusted at the spa in the kitchen". If it hadn't been such an effort with 6 people including a 4-year-old cinema, we would have changed the apartment immediately. We are very sad and disappointed that we simply did not get any help from the host on site.

Very spacious accommodation and very well equipped. Great for family gathering. Great location near Harry Potter studios and surprisingly easy to get to Central London on public transport. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this stay for my colleagues who were working in the area, lovely homely property , it was perfect for them to relax after long shifts, lovely and clean. And parking was great! And great communication with the host, myself and the guests. Thanks for having us!
