The house was generally tidy, and the beds in the bedrooms were neatly prepared upon arrival. However, we encountered a serious cleanliness issue in one of the bedrooms. When we opened the wardrobe, a strong smell of cigarette smoke came out immediately. Inside, there was a pile of rubbish, including empty soft drink cans, a half-finished pack of cigarettes, and several cigarette butts. What made it even more unacceptable was that the clean towels prepared for guests were stored right next to this rubbish. We reported the issue to the host, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it during our stay. Fortunately, the property has four bedrooms and our group only needed three, so we were able to avoid using that room. Otherwise, someone in our group would not have had a suitable place to sleep.
