The location is certainly convenient, with easy access to the M1, which is a strong advantage. However, the property itself is in need of significant improvement. It appears to have been poorly maintained, which is disappointing given its clear potential. A thorough, deep clean is essential, as there were cobwebs throughout the property and visible hygiene issues. The dishwasher was not functioning properly and was not securely fitted. The kitchen felt incomplete, with unusable oven trays that had not been cleaned. Additionally, the blinds were in poor condition, and the kitchen tap was loose. Basic essentials were also lacking, such as toiletries in the bathrooms. There were ants present on the kitchen surfaces and inside the cabinets, which is a serious concern. Furniture and fittings need attention as well the bedside table was unstable, and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Overall, while the property could be suitable for a short visit but not for a holiday getaway.

Great hosting and staying.

Booked this house for a stay with seven girlfriends. House was fine and met our needs, with the kitchen being the focal point. Throughout there needs to be some maintenance - scuffed walls everywhere, dishwasher falls out of the cupboard when you open the door, coffee table top came off when we dared to move it slightly, radiator cover in hallway not securely attached. This house was fine but not as nice as photos. Very much a student vibe with cheap finishes throughout (several “landlord specials”). Michelle however was great.
