We stayed here on the way back to London from Wales and was very glad we did. It was really easy to access from the M40 and is a great location for exploring Warwick and the castle. The place was very clean, finished to a high standard and very comfortable, we all slept very well! We would happily stay here again.

No fuss check in, really well presented space with a nice little touches to make you feel at home. It was perfect for a comfy overnight stay. Would have been a great place to stay for a little longer. Would visit again!

Lovely place to stay, very spacious house and great location situated right next to the canal - perfect for a walk. The host was very friendly, thoughtful and always ready to help whenever I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.
