Lovely place lovely location very easy would stay here again no problems

Nice place, exactly as listed. host is accommodating. There was a problem with gaining access. Need to read the instructions carefully, which are provided in the link. It all got sorted in the end.

Immaculate and tasteful interior. The location is quite suburban but quiet and easy to get to the station and Central Leamington. A great night's sleep. Make sure you read the instructions in the link that is sent on how to find it and where the key safe is as the sat nav is not helpful and there is a key safe by the front door which is not for this flat (I didn't read them so had trouble but the owner helped me)

Hutch (and this lovely flat) saved the day after another property left us stranded with no accommodation in Leamington Spa. Our misfortune became our good luck. We’re so happy we ended up here instead. Cosy, spotless, comfortable — and really decent value for the town. When we’re next in Leamington, this place is top of the list.

Amazing place, very clean and had everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hosts were very responsive to messages. Thank you :)
