The apartment was lovely and we would stay again.we only had one issue,the heating kept switching itself off after 10 minutes and the heating in the small bedroom didn’t work at all .im sure this can be resolved.we had a great stay

Apartment number is painted on ground in parking space. Key easy to find there. To find entrance follow waling path aaround end of building.

Clean and very comfortable, a great space for our 2 day visit to Leamington Spa. The flat was easy to find, in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Every amenity provided for - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, netflix etc, parking space, nicely decorated, plenty of space for us and our uni student son to stay with the second bedroom. Would stay again!

Really nice ground floor apartment, clean and modern. Check in was at 4pm which is very late and they charge £10 an hour for each hour you want to check in earlier. This is disappointing as most places usually have a 2pm check in but still allow you to check in earlier for free. Parking is a little further away from apartment (not straight outside) as it's a side entrance so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage to carry in.
