The appartment is very near the station and not far from the centre of Leamington Spa, overlooking the canal. It was very conveniet to be able to park outside or near the front door. The appartment was very quiet & comfortable & has plenty of space & amenities, although structurally, some of the internal walls are thin. Dreary decor.

A great location to explore Leamington Spa historic centre and parks. Quet ground floor apparemment, modernly decorated, views on the canal from the lounge. There is a new building being built opposite the canal but that won't take away the canal side feeling. Comfortable, clean, not crazy expensive.
