Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. During my stay, the property experienced a significant water outage which left us without running water for approximately 24 hours. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of timely communication (at the start) regarding the issue, leaving us uncertain about when service would be restored and how the situation was being managed. The host did later offer access to shower facilities elsewhere, which was appreciated, but this did not fully address the inconvenience caused during the stay. Following checkout, there was also a disagreement regarding a parking permit and a reimbursement request, which is currently being reviewed through Airbnb. Overall, the prolonged water outage and lack of communication during the incident had a significant negative impact on my stay.
