The biggest issue was that the place had not been cleaned properly prior to arrival and smelled damp. However, the host was very responsive and quickly arranged for the cleaning crew to come over and rectify the situation. We had already popped out and had to go back to ensure the keys were back in the box to facilitate the cleaning which was very inconvenient. Other than that, the place was lovely. It's not as close to Loch Lomond as stated, it's about an hour drive away, but it is very close to Stirling Castle and other sites.

The property lived up to its description and the video guide. Located just 10 minutes from the centre of Stirling making it an ideal base from which to explore Scotland with excellent motorway and rail access. The property was well maintained and nicely furnished which made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would definitely look to stay at the property next time we visit the area.

House was comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. Small but perfect for our family of four for a short stay. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would recommend! ⭐

Beautiful laid out accommodation. Easy walk to Glasgow central. Great recommendation in the guest booklet. Pub across the road can be noisy especially when Scotland is playing.

Great all round, lovely area outside of the main centre and so handy for access routes to Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling and Edinburgh! Great location, stay and hosts!
