We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it. Tate was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and clearly cared about our experience. His check-in message on the second day was a particularly thoughtful touch. The rooms were comfortably spacious for two people and made a great base for exploring Durham. Parking was easy, with 3 hours free (4 hours no return, 08:00–18:00), which worked perfectly around our day, and there were always spaces available. The EV charging nearby was a real bonus, effectively extending our parking time and removing any pressure. There’s also a fantastic Italian restaurant in the same building—ideal for a relaxed first evening after arriving. Would recommend
