NO HEATING and it was FREEZING -5c during the night. In the room there was only summer duvet and thin blanket and fan heater in the room. Asked for blanket, what I got. Asked for a refunds and cancellation of remaining booking. He said if I want a full refund I have to leave the property at that moment , it was 1130pm... very rude communication. Asked to kindly to put the central heating on. His reply: it is on a timer and it will come on. He did disappear but no heating afterwards . He was helpful at the beginning but after I asked for a refund he became rude, unapologetic, not willing to give a refund only if I left the property. I had to call Airbnb to get a full refund. NEVER AGAIN BOOKING THERE!!! Background information: there was freezing -5c during a cold wave and I arrived 1030pm after a long day.

I booked this and was then told I’d have to pay another £20 by bank transfer to park my car. This charge was not mentioned in the property description which is very bad IMHO. Just another person taking advantage
