Great place to stay in Watford. Easy walking distance to the town centre and railway station. Host was very responsive, friendly and sent clear self check-in instructions. The room was exactly as pictured and the shared spaces were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my 5-day stay at BK Properties! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The room and common areas were super clean, and everything felt well cared for. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was superb -well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. It honestly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next visit - highly recommended

Taahir was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to my needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. I had stayed in this place for a month. The room was very clean and well stocked. I could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; i would stay here again easily! A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend, as I feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Watford.
