We booked this place last minute to see Scotland vs Belarus at Hampden. For the purposes of football at Hampden it’s in a great location (Hampden Park literally at the end of the street) and The Montford Bar and kitchen is also just at the end of the street, which is a fan favourite on match days but also has a great kitchen. The flat was clean and warm for us arriving, towels folded neatly on each bed and some tea, sugar and biscuits in the kitchen which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. The flat itself is spacious, clean and bright. The bathroom is enviable, I want that shower at home! The neighbours are friendly and the area is lovely and peaceful, silent nights sleep even on a Saturday night. Great transport links into the city also. Host was lovely, responsive and even managed to accommodate my late checkout request the night before. Will definitely be back next time we’re down for the football. Great experience all round, 10/10 for the flat and the host.

Great location, couple of tiny issues but the host dealt with these quickly

not well.maintained. missing cupboards...iiron and a dining or central table. dishwasher was not working. you have to climb steps to reach so there is no ramp for luggage. even trash bags we had to buy. corners were open and spiders spotted.

This place was given to us because the original location we requested at the same host was having heating issues. Unfortunately, this location also showed heating issues which resulted in us not having hot water. Although we tried all suggestions provided to us, we could not getting the heater to work. After some ping-pong, they sent someone over and then suggested nothing was really wrong. This does not feel true given all the trials we've given the system. Next to that, the place is limited equipped: no proper table or chairs, no coffee maker, barely any pots or pans. The advertised equipement is there, but you would expect some usable basic kitchen equipement to be present. We also did not find any private parking space, but there was no real issue parking on the street. However, some proper instructions would be useful, even to prevent issues with the neighbours. Otherwise, the place is nicely located with proper public transportation to Glasgow.
