The house was spacious, light and airy, well equipped and conveniently located for exploring Suffolk. Beds were comfortable and 2 bathrooms with fluffy towels a bonus. Off street parking for 2 vehicles was a plus. Mark and Karen were both friendly and responsive and made check in etc. trouble free.

We booked this accommodation for our employees' business trip and were very satisfied with our stay. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing an excellent environment for a longer stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. We would be happy to recommend this accommodation to other business travellers and would gladly stay here again in the future.

It feels great to stay here! The room is cozy and clean, and every time I have any questions or requests, they can be responded to and resolved immediately. If I have the chance to come to Ipswich again, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation!

Mark's and Karen's place was even nicer than in the pictures, a lovely place for us to be based while spending Christmas with friends close by. It was all around comfortable and pleasant, quiet and well-appointed. The weather was not suitable for using the garden, but it looked well-kept and sunny. Mark and Karen were easy to reach and communicated well. We had an all around enjoyable stay.
