Very responsive host, clean and very functional apartment.

Good experience. The unit is big and spacious. The location is perfect, close to the town center but still private. Cindy and Shaun always responded quickly.

The team messaging & providing check in information etc. were quick to respond & instructions were accurate. It is an easy walk to the Oracle. Linens & towels all seemed clean. Carpets were clean but floor in living room had hairs etc. On arrival, the lift was broken, which meant the 8 floor climb up to the apartment was a bit strenuous. This was fixed though the next day which tells me building maintenance are responsive. When we entered the apartment it was a very warm day - no fault of the owners, obviously! However, the cleaning/set-up team did not set things up well for this scenario… the fridge/freezer/dishwasher was turned off so the smell was awful. After messaging the hosting team, I turned them on & gave the fridge a quick clean. Some windows are broken & didn’t open - more airflow would be good. Drains in the bathrooms need cleaning - there was a definite mould smell & signs of damp/damage around windows & ceilings in bathrooms. Parking good for small car.

Staff was very attentive. Had a great stay.

Very convenient location and incredibly spacious. The master bedroom could do with some bedside lights though.
