Made a booking for two people , owner informed me before hand that a curtain rail had fallen off and offered £100 refund. this l thought would be fine until l got inside the property. the smell was musky and not aired , it was very dark Windows screwed down was unable to open ,no fans in the property which was urgently needed as it was 37 degrees. I WOULD OF THOUGHT A HOST WOULD OF THOUGHT OF PUTTING A FAN IN THE PROPERTY BEFORE HAND. upgrade would benefit to the kitchen , which l felt was dirty and glass shelving to kitchen units was dusty ,marked and chipped .next door smoking weed which filtered through the doors ,Neighbours moaned about parking, no where to sit out side ( unless you want to sit next to the rubbish bins ) it was impossible for us to stay there. the whole experience was not pleasurable we checked out the following morning EVER AGAIN !

Lovely place to stay in a great location

Very easy and central location. It was absolutely perfect as a place to stay for a wedding and to explore the beautiful city of Lichfield the next day. I really appreciated the private locked overnight car parking as well.

Very good, it fits the theme they are going for very well. Only downside is the WiFi is very very slow.
