A lovely apartment within the City and overlooking the river, with everything within walking distance. We had been concerned about noise from the nearby traffic bridge but the double glazing and heavy curtains kept the noise out and kept the apartment cool.

The apartment is lovely. It’s beautifully clean, modern and well equipped. Soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and washing up liquid all provided. There was a hairdryer too- a nice surprise as it wasn’t listed. It’s situated right in Durham city- so close to everything. The car parking was easy to find and a real asset in Durham. My only negatives are road noise - but shutting the double glazed windows helped a lot- and an occasional sewage smell- assumedly from the river. We didn’t get entry instructions until less than 24hours before- I would like to have known this was the policy as I was getting concerned. But once received, they were very clear. Overall great little apartment, comfortable and central.
