Mark & team / John are very friendly and responsive, something were missing (detergent, laundry drying rack etc) when we checked in, but they delivered to the flat the same evening after we raised this issue. The flat is clean and well equipped, and our stay was very pleasant. Although parking was not easy (nearest free off-street parking is 20 mins walk & paid car park 5 mins walk) and this premise doesn't offer on-site parking, John offered useful insight to help.
