A great stay, well furnished and decorated. I have only rated cleanliness down slightly since the back garden had left over beer cans and vapes littered around the floor and the table was in quite a dirty state. The front garden and back garden are overgrown with brambles and these did not match the photos, rendering the back garden somewhat unusable for young children etc. the house is walking distance from Aberdare park, local amenities and so forth. All rooms were well decorated and the house was clean.

Beautifully refurbished property in a fantastic location for hiking the Brecon Beacons. The management team was also incredibly helpful and quick to resolve a minor issue. However, the complete lack of Wi-Fi and TV/entertainment options was incredibly disappointing and really brought down the overall experience. It’s a lovely house, but guests should be fully prepared to unplug.

The house is perfect. Everything is brand new and the furnishing and decor are lovely throughout. We had an issue with the wi fi not working but I could not fault the Perfect Stays team for their communications with our issue. Would happily stay again once that one issue is sorted.
