We had a lovely stay in Gorleston, the place is very close to the beach and nice and spacious. Maxwell let us check in early and was very communicative.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. From pre-arrival, to arrival instructions and throughout the stay, communication has been excellent. We were delighted with the house itself. Wonderfully clean, had all the essentials and beautifully decorated… the kids have now requested we paint their ceilings as they absolutely loved the colourful ceilings!! Location was perfect. A few minutes stroll to the beautiful beach, cafes, shops and pubs. We were so lucky with the weather that we spent our days on the beach, and evenings in the garden. And despite being record breaking May temperatures, the house stayed wonderfully cool. Highly recommend and would definitely like to stay again.

A great stay walking distance from the beach

4 women (1 pregnant) celebrating someone’s 40th. We wanted 4 double bedrooms, clean and fresh for a planned pampering evening ( hair, nails face masks etc). We arrived to find we had been given the wrong code to get in, and the decking that we had no choice to walk on (as the front door was out of use) was rotten and dangerous. We then discovered the boiler was broken so no heating or hot water. An engineer was sent but it couldn’t be immediately resolved and it was late the next afternoon before it was fixed. The pamper evening was ruined. We couldn’t shower that night or the next morning , it completely ruined our 2 day visit and daughter’s bday. I was offered £39 refund from the over£480 I had paid for 2 nights as compensation. This was an absolute insult considering the impact this had on our visit. I offered the feedback privately accepting these things happen and i had been told I would receive a refund. I was not not expecting it to be such a ridiculous offer. I do not recom

We enjoyed our stay. cozy house with plenty of space. comfortable kitchen and fabulous fireplace area.

Maxwell our host was friendly and quick in responding to requested information. On arrival at the house it was easy to access the house, the location is really nice and only 5 minutes from the beach, the beach is clean with lovely sands which the kids loved to play in. The house was clean and well presented. I like the decor which are light and peaceful. Thanks for the welcoming biscuits Max, they were well appreciated. Was disappointed with the tiny tubes of shower gel, which were to serve 7 people , I had to use bar soap which I brought with me. There were only 2 toilet rolls, by the last day we ran out had to use pack tissues, there was no dishwasher tablets had to buy. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, we spent a lot of time in Grace Yarmouth.
