Good sized property for a group of 12 with easy drive to to city centre. Good sized kitchen. However, property needs maintenance! Damp smell in a bedroom, poor mattress in some of the rooms, broken kitchen door, very poor bulb lighting in bedrooms.

Lovely house in a quiet location. Parking for 3 cars which was great being so close to the town centre. Very clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of space for our group of 10. Very warm and comfy.
