It was a family trip. The house was dusty, and the children, who are allergic, became ill from the moment we entered. The bathroom was dirty and in bad shape. It was uninhabitable. There was cobweb, and in the small garden they had, the grass was too long. It looked totally neglected. We didn't stay a single night out of a 14-day booking, but they kept our money! Total scam!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is incredibly convenient—just a quick walk to both the city centre and the train station. The place itself feels brand new and was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Charlie place was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our time. Charlie was responsive and very helpful.
