Finding this accommodation was a pleasant surprise after another host cancelled just a day before our trip. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, and we had a comfortable stay. The location was easy to find with Google Maps, and the private parking was a great bonus. Finding the building and key lockbox was a little tricky, but Max’s previous review mentioning the “T” on the side of the box was very helpful. One small point: after booking, I was asked to pay a £150 deposit, complete ID verification and sign an agreement. I had missed this as it was under “More rules”. I also wasn’t aware the deposit would only be refunded 48 hours after checkout. These are important details that would be helpful to make more prominent before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

The property was perfectly located as we were visiting local attractions. Public transport was also available less than 10 minutes walk away. The communication from the host was brilliant and all relevant information was given before we arrived to allow for speedy and easy check-in. From the moment we walked into the property we could see the place was spotless and very spacious for the 4 of us staying there. Everything was exactly as described and we had a very pleasant 4 nights staying there. I Would highly recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the area as the whole experience was a pleasure.

Flat was immaculate and location was fantastic. Theres a great wee town centre with plenty of shops and great restaurants all within walking distance. I loved my stay here and looking forward to staying here again. Thorpe park is a five minute drive away, and train station is on your doorstep for days out to London within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend a stay here, a great wee home away from home. Host Sheila so accommodating and always quick to reply with anything you need.

Apartment was as described. Very clean, great location shops and food places walking distance. We could use there car park which is safe and secure. Would recommend to family and friends

Just a little point - could the key box have a clearer ‘T’ on it please? Maybe with a Tippex (white) pen? Thank you - most enjoyable.

No complaints whatsoever about the stay or the host. Always quick to respond and gave precise and concise answers. Only things we would mention is that perhaps for those who stay there next that a bread knife, frying pan, more toilet roll and also more bin bags were provided, otherwise it was perfect and only a minor detail to a otherwise wonderful apartment in a great location. Would recommend to anyone - 5/5 stars
