A convenient location and a functional property.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation. The host was easy to contact to ask any questions. Good amenities and very clean.

A really nice little apartment that suited us perfectly during the days when we visited Durham. Thought it empty was nicer in real life than it looked like in the photos. No fun walking route into town, but it was still quick to get in. My only point of view is that it would be good to have even clearer instructions regarding check-in. Since you check in via a lockbox, you need a code to unlock it. In my instructions it said to contact the host for more details, but it turned out they sent everything out 24 hours before check in. Have been helpful if that information had been in my booking information, I would not have thought about it and to call them unnecessarily. Also sent a message through airbnb a few days before departure that was never responded to. Except for that, everything ran perfectly. I was able to arrange for a late checkout free of charge and received prompt response to an issue that arose during the stay. As a whole, a very good experience!

Daniel's place is exactly as described.The room is clean and clean, and all equipment can be used properly.And also thoughtfully equipped with Durham's guidebook and iron etc. Slightly strenuous hunting for the location, but the neighborhood is quiet.It's also pretty close to the city center.Bath amenities and paper are not provided, so you have to prepare your own. Great host, responses were always extraordinary and there was no obstacle to communication at all.

Perfect stay for us whilst working in the area. Would stay again if we are in the area again.

Toast Lettings offer beautiful accommodation. They're responsive, incredibly helpful and staying at one of their homes is honestly the best airbnb experience I've had. Would highly recommend.
