Advert says parking on premises. Inaccurate. Instructions to find the flat were incorrect. Blue door, not black. No post boxes. Strong smell of damp on entry. Wi-fi info was incorrect on email. Flat was dirty with food from previous guests left in freezer. Microwave has a film of dirt. Cooker is not clean. Knobs to turn on oven/hob, have food stains. Oven greasy. Had to clean crockery/cutlery before using. Flat sleeps 4 but only 2 knives, 3 cups, no spoons for soup, cereal, 2 wine glasses. Instructions for location of heating controls incorrect. Windows very draughty. Stains on carpet in lounge area. Drawer front in bedroom broken. Bedding very poor quality and had to use 2 quilts and have the heating on all night to be comfortable. Window in bedroom rattles when windy. Would benefit from a instruction manual in the flat that is specific to the accommodation. Badly needs a deep clean. Would not use again which is a shame as great location for work
