The property was at a good location but when we got there in the middle of the night after a long journey I found it in an unsanitary condition( dust on the beds, dust bunnies on the floor, hair and food crumbs on the sofa). The 2nd washroom was incredibly small. They were responsive when I messaged them and they got it cleaned thoroughly a few days later but by then we had already moved to another hotel. We knew this reservation was non refundable. Overall it was not a good experience unfortunately for my family of 4.
