great kitchen extension really makes this one. perfect for summer evenings

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. The place felt really clean, cosy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described and you could tell the host had put a lot of thought into the little details. Communication was great throughout and check-in was super easy. We felt really comfortable staying here and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking!!

Had a great stay here from start to finish. The property was very clean, comfortable, and felt homely straight away. Everything we needed was nearby, and the location made travelling around really convenient. It was an ideal place to stay while working away, and I’d definitely book again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spotlessly clean and had such a warm, welcoming feel that it made settling in really easy. The location was also ideal, with great links nearby which made getting around simple. It worked perfectly for us whilst working away I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed here for a family wedding in Preston as the hotel was fully booked and we’re so glad we did Arran was a great host and the property was one of the best we’ve stayed in for a long time! Everything we needed was there and the place was clean comfortable and well set up The welcome pack was a really nice touch and made us feel at home straight away If we’re ever back in Preston we’d definitely stay here again

Had a great stay at Arrans place. The house was clean and as described. Arran was quick to answer our questions as well. Will stay again when next in the area.
