Fiona was a great host, communication was prompt and check-in was seamless. The apartment is spotlessly clean and modern, exactly as described. Brilliantly located for Reading town centre and a short walk from the Oracle, which made it ideal as a contractor base. Would highly recommend.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, especially if you're visiting or working at the hospital, and there is a Tesco within a 5-minute walk, which made it easy to buy groceries and other essentials. The room was clean, and the host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful with any requests throughout my stay. The only downsides were that the accommodation is close to a fairly busy road, so there was some traffic noise at night, along with occasional ambulance sirens. The surrounding neighbourhood was also a little untidy compared with other areas. However, these factors didn't affect the cleanliness of the accommodation or the quality of the host. Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb for its convenience, cleanliness, and excellent host.

Booked this at fairly short notice and Fiona was responsive and easy to deal with throughout, which made the whole thing hassle-free. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped, exactly as described. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the station and there’s a Tesco nearby which was genuinely useful for picking up essentials. Would happily stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Reading for work or leisure.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. My booking was quite last-minute, but the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process, which made everything much less stressful. The property itself was beautiful—clean, well-presented, and very comfortable. It had a lovely atmosphere, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. I only wish I’d had more time to stay and enjoy it fully. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful new-build Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The space was spotless and finished to a really high standard, with stylish decor and all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were excellent—everything we needed was there, and it was clear a lot of care has gone into making guests comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the whole place felt warm and relaxing. The host was also brilliant—friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality, stress-free stay. Definitely a 5-star experience!
