Phil’s place is incredible! Everything as described and they are the most amazing hosts. The house is perfect and local amenities are easily walkable yet you have privacy. We will 100% be booking again! Thank you very much

Me and my friends stayed at Phil’s place for 3 nights and it was amazing!! Everything was as described and such beautiful views we couldn’t believe it, Phil was super friendly and very fast with replies, I would recommend to any group looking for a relaxing stay, it is well worth the price!

Great house in a lovely, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and with plenty of space for a large group to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it. The house has plenty of rooms and character, although the different layouts, styles and varying floor levels can make some areas a little awkward to navigate.

Phil was a fantastic host, he was extremely responsive leading up to our dates but equally throughout our time at the accommodation. The accommodation is incredible, perfect for a getaway with plenty to do, the life size connect four, ping pong table, pool table and hot tub makes it a great place for a group to relax, chill out and catch-up, the space also comes with a goal for anyone wanting a kick-about or for families with kids that may want to run about. The accommodation was well equipped, clean and the sublet touches such as slippers, bath robes etc was a great personal touch. I would highly recommend the accommodation and Phil for his hospitality.

Wow! The property is stunning and exactly as described. Phil provides lots of helpful pictures for check in, which was quick and simple. The home was very clean and everything we needed was provided. We comfortably had enough space for 10 adults and 2 children. The outdoor space is huge and it provides a lovely space to wind down in the evenings. The hot tub is well maintained and Phil provides robes and slippers for all guests which is a nice touch. The house is on a residential street but is still very private and not overlooked at all. We found supermarkets a short drive away so could get what we needed. Phil was responsive throughout and checked in during our stay. He was happy to allow an earlier check in which was most appreciated. The lodge is lovely and has A/C which was great for the summers day. Bedding throughout was also very clean and fresh. If you’re thinking of booking, I can’t recommend this place enough!
