Beautiful home that was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here. The digital guidebook was super handy and gave us plenty of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and is exactly like the pictures with all you need to make yourself at home.

I recently stayed here with my husband and 2 boys (6 and 7 years old) for 4 nights. We all had an amazing stay, everything was perfect. It was in a great location to explore lots of places. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Easy self check in and out but craig made sure to check we were ok, so we knew if there was an issue it would be dealt with but we had no problems. We would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here as a family of 4 and loved Craig Hall House. It was a drive from St Andrews and Loch Lomond and slightly longer up to Ben Nevis. The home itself was beautiful and the host was always quick to answer questions and give suggestions when requested. There is a local shop in Stanley for essentials and an Aldi a short drive away. We loved the riverside walk and enjoyed sitting in the garden each morning and evening - even spotted an osprey!! We found the bedrooms and kitchen finished to a high standard and were extremely clean. The driveway felt safe and secure and the fenced garden felt safe for the children to play. Overall we had the most amazing week here and would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again ourselves!

The cottage was quite easy to find on the outskirts of the village, was tastefully decorated and comfortable, especially the beds. We were staying for four days with adult family from Germany, and wanted to celebrate Scottish food and drinks with our relatives in the cottage. With very little outlay, our hosts could provide smaller tumblers (to double up as whisky glasses), side plates, more mugs, jugs (milk/water), teapot, and kitchen accessories like more than one dish towel, there being no dishwasher. The kitchen has lots of unused cupboard space so capacity for a few more items to make home dining more convenient wouldn't be an issue. The cottage's location was ideal for touring Perthshire's many historic sights, stunning scenery, golf courses and walking opportunities. Tapaidh leibh! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
